Michèle Arsenault

Michèle travaille avec les disciplines de Spacial Dynamics® et Bothmer Gymnastics® depuis plus de 30 ans. Elle détient un diplôme de niveau 111 en Spacial Dynamics et est candidate pour le diplôme de Bothmer Gymnastics donnée par l’Association for Bothmer Gymnastics in the Americas (ABGA). Elle est une pionnière de ces arts du mouvement pour le Québec. Elle a enseigné pendant plus de 30 ans à l’École Rudolf Steiner de Montréal comme professeur d’éducation physique et y a occupé différents postes. Depuis 1994, elle administre l’Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec et y enseigne ces deux disciplines.

Michèle Arsenault

Michèle has worked with the disciplines of Bothmer Gymnastics® and Spacial Dynamics® for over thirty years. She has a Level 111 diploma in Spacial Dynamics and is a candidate for the Bothmer Gymnastics diploma from the Association for Bothmer Gymnastics in the Americas (ABGA). She is a pioneer of these two arts of movement in Quebec. She taught for 30 years at École Rudolf Steiner School de Montréal as a physical education teacher as well as other tasks. Administrator of the Waldorf teacher training at the Institut Rudolf Steiner au Québec (IRSQ) she teaches those 2 disciplines to the trainees.
