It is time to move together again.
In this workshop we will move over 40 Spacial Dynamics® exercises... together. At a meditative and peaceful pace. Still Moving.
Do not fear that you do not know all the exercises, or “that you are not that good at them”! Each exercise will be thoroughly demonstrated, explained, and enhanced... all while still moving...without stopping.
The course will take place in Mechanicville, NY at our international headquarters at the Spacial Dynamics Institute. One can also participate “live” through ZOOM.
The videoed recordings will be available for all registered participants for one month after the end of the course. So, even after the course is over, you will be “still moving”.
