Parents, teachers, therapists, and business people are often told they hold positions of leadership. Leadership, however, is not a position; it is one of the most dynamic of all activities. It is not enough for a true leader to be on the move, others must also be able to follow.
Through Spacial Dynamics® exercises and Equine Facilitated Counseling, participants of this course will “learn the ropes” of leadership.
We will discover how to avoid stress and exhaustion by moving away from techniques that do not work. We will be introduced to common - sense practices that create connections in the gaps between the leader and the followers.
This is not a course in riding, nor is it a theoretical approach to discipline. It is an interactive workshop. Come and gain practical experience of how to use space to relate, so the other is free to “follow your lead.”
