Graduates of Level I may deepen their study of Spacial Dynamics® in public and private educational settings by enrolling in courses leading up to a Level II Diploma in Spacial Dynamics Movement Education. This new program will begin in the Spring, 2010.
To be awarded a Level II Diploma in Spacial Dynamics® it is necessary for a SDI graduate to have:
- actively participated in at least 6 qualifying post-graduate Spacial Dynamics® therapy courses
- presented written summaries of at least 6 theme related books
- presented at least 6 written case histories where the candidate used Spacial Dynamics® techniques in movement therapy
- successfully passed a "hands-on" examination of the techniques presented for each of the modules being tested
- successfully learned and demonstrated the movement exercises, dynamics and relationship of forces presented at the modules
- successfully passed all the written examinations covering the 6 qualifying post-graduate therapy courses taken, including an anatomy test
- presented a short essay covering specific topics relating to Spacial Dynamics and Bothmer Gymnastics.
The Spacial Dynamics Institute reserves the right to alter these requirements at any time, especially as regards meeting the specifications for recognition by the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association.
A certification fee of $200.00 is payable to the Spacial Dynamics Institute upon successful completion of all the certification requirements. This fee will go towards the examination and certification process, the Level II Certificate and shipping and handling costs.
